Refund policy

Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, personalized items, custom items (the majority of these items are custom-made), or digital downloads. 

To be eligible for a return, I must first approve the return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Photos of the damage, and Photo's of the box's condition. Photo's, and receipt can be emailed to me at oldtreeprintshop@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a different address than the one on the shipping label. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent in prior to approval will be rejected. 

Personalized and Custom Items: Please check the spelling of names before you complete the transaction. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
If the item arrives incorrect due to my mistake, I will give you a full refund. If the item arrives damaged I will help you get that same Item replaced ASAP (please reach out to me for more information.
